A cheap and easy way to get to Oxford from either London Heathrow or London Gatwick is the Oxford Bus Company’s Airline Service. Coaches run 24 hours a day from both airports to the centre of Oxford. From the bus station you can easily walk to most Oxford colleges and hotels or take a short taxi ride.

For those wishing to stay in Oxford for the conference, we recommend using the University’s university rooms site which offers reasonably priced college rooms to both students and the general public. Prices range upwards of £35 per night, but these book up quickly so do reserve as soon as possible.

Alternatively there are various hotels and bed and breakfasts in central Oxford. Options include:

Hotel Rewley House (owned and run by the University of Oxford)
